I was pleasantly surprised by how close the hotel was to everything. The Victoria Market was just a short walk away, where I enjoyed a delicious breakfast. The hotel room was spacious and well-appointed, perfect for two couples or a family. I loved having a full kitchen and the convenience of a washer and dryer right in the room. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. Despite the room facing the inside, I didn't mind as I could always go up to the roof for a view. Plus, the location was great and I didn't experience any noise from the city roads.

Had such great experience on holidays.
We greatly enjoyed the location, it was great and unbeatable, close enough to Queen Vic markets, the city centre close by and a tram stop on the corner of Swanston/Queensberry streets for a short trip into the CBD. Efficient check-in was appreciated.

The location was very convenient, not far from Lygon Street. It was great to be close to fantastic dining options and a tram stop just 200 meters away. The staff were incredibly helpful and the easy check-in was much appreciated.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The reception remained open late to accommodate my late flight, and I was able to easily check in. The parking facilities were excellent and the room was clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was within easy walking distance to Lygon Street and the tram stops on Swanston Street, making it convenient to explore the city and enjoy the variety of restaurants in the area. The hotel also had laundry facilities in the apartment, which was a great convenience. Additionally, the staff was helpful and responsive, promptly resolving any queries I had.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.

Great stay during Christmas. Convenient location near the heart of the city and public transport. The staff was welcoming and accommodated our late check-in. Plus, free parking was a bonus.
The balcony was dirty, so we couldn't enjoy sitting outside. Housekeeping was only once a week, could have been more frequent for longer stays.

The size of the apartment was impressive, providing plenty of space to relax and unwind. the apartment was modern and clean, creating a comfortable environment for my stay.
While the overall cleanliness of the apartment was good, there were a few areas that could have been improved. There was some spilled food on the table cloth when I arrived, and the kitchen drawers had crumbs in them.

The Eminence Apartments offered a great location close to Melbourne Central and Queen Victoria Markets. There were plenty of good restaurants and shops nearby, making it convenient for dining and shopping. The staff were friendly and always helpful, providing excellent customer service. The apartment itself was safe and had new, nice furniture. It was very clean and had three big elevators. The top floor had outdoor furniture and provided a beautiful view of the city. The room was spacious and relaxing, with plenty of space. The rooftop area was also great, with different areas for privacy. Having a secure car park without extra charge was a bonus, allowing guests to come and go freely. the facilities and amenities provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Felt like in a fairy, no reason to complain.
